Confession in mySeventh Semester Holz

It is hard to believe that this is the last semester holz I'm enjoying...Now I realize my Dad's words "The older u grow ,more responsible u become", :)
I feel it was just yesterday i made my first step in my College,with all such'heads-held-high' pleasures , as if I'm gonna bow the sky...but each semester i passed,I learnt something new to my life,entirely peculiar things which I had never faced or tackled before.
A quick-look on my College Academic Career:

Yup.Now again getting ready for my placements and also looking forward towards my Master Degree.Hoping to get placed in a good company that makes me worth working.

Are u one among those who experience very slow booting with ur windows OS....
Tune Up or System Mechanic doesn't pay ur expectations...Dont worry guys i was also a victim of it....

Finally i got this one -> "Soluto"(Download here)...It's just a beta release but got awesome features..

It's an anti-frustration s/w and it's just mind-blowing....it analyses the various applications that occupy ur boot-time,categorize them(necessary,unwanted,system oriented)...then if u mouse-over a particular application it displays how much time they get at each start-up of ur system...The software itself displays a short note about the application if u are unaware about certain apps...depending upon which u can allow,deny or remove the running of that app at start-up...
U can also remove boot-up trojans using this...

It's very handy and useful...
I recommend this software to all instant-bootup lovers and those who are victims of slow-startup...

Firefox 4.0...heading to the top

Firefox 3x is the fastest browser i've ever used...Due to the advent of chrome,it's simplicity many pre-installed plug-in's has scored the grade last year according to Consumers research...

But Mozilla team is putting heavy efforts to regain the title...Consequently they released the Beta version of firefox 4.0..and several updates are being carried out periodically and based on several user requests and feedback,carried out on-line..

The recent version Firefox 4 Beta 4 is what i'm using currently and it's got good UI,with transparent tabs,compressed menus,titlebar headed main menu(pop-up),glossy buttons,etc..

It also contains two main features never been introduced before: Panoroma and Sync...

Usage of Sync still remains some what complex to me ,but Panorama is absolutely a masterpiece...u can group several pages,also position them wherever u want,alter their size,customize their appearance,setting priority and several other things...

Application Launcher

Hi Friends...i started trying out this and its really nice...for those who look for a light-weight,high speed application launcher i recommend LAUNCHY...it's customizable to ur needs and it's extremely fast...
Just type in the name of the application(similar to "search programs" in Windows Start menu)and click or press enter...It automatically shows suitable options which u can easily launch with a click on your mouse...it's almost 50x faster than ur start-menu appication laucnhing...

I'm happy for my friends who got placed....It's really proud 2 say dat they are my friends..
On the selfish part...I thank them 4 having let a space for me in forth coming companies...but the sad part is not clearing a written test so far...Hope there's something FAIR awaiting at the end...
